I had a pretty solid stay at the Sonesta Hotel Tower & Casino Cairo. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially from staff like Heba at the Patio Restaurant, who added a personal touch with her lovely smile. However, I did run into a couple of hiccups, like some inconsistent dining experiences and room issues that could use a bit of attention.
